Iyengar Yoga for Health and Well Being
Iyengar yoga is suitable for all ages, all abilities, and all physical conditions. You cannot be too old or too inflexible to get started. Classes vary from gentle to vigorous. Poses are adapted to meet the needs of each student. You will receive individual attention and instructions so that your practice is challenging, safe and beneficial.
