Welcome to Midtown YogaIyengar Yoga for Health and Well Being Iyengar yoga is suitable for all ages, all abilities, and all physical conditions. You cannot be too old or too inflexible to get started. Classes vary from gentle to vigorous. Poses are adapted to meet the needs of each student.
